Walnut Pleat Cape Corset

A corset in deep walnut brown where the upper body is defined by an architectural pleated cape — fine parallel folds of sheer fabric extend from the shoulders outward and downward, creating a structured wing-like frame that sits above and around the corset. The cape is gathered at the sides into tassel-tipped points, adding a deliberate decorative finish to what is otherwise a purely structural element. Beneath the cape, the sweetheart corset is worked in a dense, large-scale floral composition — gold, green, and blush tones against the brown ground, the motifs full and botanically detailed.
